Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) are a nationwide network of not-for profits who deliver national programs to local agricultural producers. Authorized by Congress 40 years ago, the National RC&D program was established to provide local control to National farm bill programs. We empower rural communities to keep farmers farming!
